The concept of our establishment is comfort cuisine. We specialize in
Northern Italian, French, and New American.
The name Timbuktu's is a tribute to my Grandfather
Allen Lyster, who used to tell me
when I was a young boy, "If you dont straighten up,
i'm gonna kick your butt from here to Timbuktu!"
Timbuktus would like to thank the community for its' fresh, local products
that allow us to complete our mission to be a
local resteraunt that gives back to the community,
something we do not take for granted.
